Dubai to Durban and back to Dubai

Yip, it's almost that time of the year when it's time for a bit of a break,
Almost time to come home for about three weeks to spend it with friends and family
At this stage, we'll be spending the first week of our vacation moving to a new home, our lease is up at the end of July and we need to be out and in a new place by at least the 2nd of August,
So that means that we'll most likely fly home to Durban on either the 3rd or 4th of August.
August is the HOTTEST time of the year in Dubai, temperatures reach 50degrees on a daily basis
So, we're looking forward to three weeks of Winter and maybe a bit of rain!

Update from Dubai

Well, what can I say. This are going great here in Dubai. I completed my first big event here in Dubai and it was a great success. My first outdoor event is coming up on Sunday, so should be even more exiting. Looking forward to spending Christmas and New Years with my family here in Dubai. After five long months of waiting, my wife Donna and son Ethan will be joining me in Dubai permanently. Will update again when I get a chance with pictures

Natal Video Function For Durban Metro

On Wednesday the 17th of March, I helped out Natal Video with a cocktail party that took place at the Point Yaught Club.

A few dignitaries from the Metro Council attended in the form of Deputy Major Logie Naidoo to officially open the 2010 African Incubation Conference that would take place at Coastlands on the Ridge from the 17th to the 19th of March.

A good mix of traditional and African Pop was played to the delight of the people there. I had to stop playing at a certain time as all the deligates had to leave for the conference the next morning.

A big thank you goes out again to Dennis and Shane at Natal Video for their continued support.
